The recent trip of the Solvro Science Club to Lubawka provided participants with not only inspiration but also valuable insights that will shape the club's activities in the coming year. Despite the rainy weather and the need to forgo the mountain hikes, the time spent at the hotel turned out to be extremely productive.
Purpose of the trip: Strategy and Integration
The meeting in Lubawka aimed to develop a strategy for the next year and exchange ideas for the club's development. Seventeen members, without the participation of guests, gathered in one place and were able to freely discuss the future of Solvro, exchange thoughts, and integrate in an atmosphere of community and commitment.

Discussions that shape the future
During the trip, we discussed key aspects of the club's activities. We focused on branding and ways to increase Solvro's recognition. We analyzed our previous projects and proposed improvements aimed at more effective information exchange within teams. Much attention was also given to the topic of effective social media management — we want our communication to be consistent, and our graphic identity to reflect our values and goals.

Substantive conversations and new plans
Specific plans for the future emerged from the discussions. We want to introduce a new graphic identity that better reflects our identity. We are also striving to create more efficient information exchange channels and to conduct our social media more effectively, with a greater emphasis on brand building and connecting with our members and supporters.
Integration we needed
Although the planned mountain hikes did not go ahead, the time spent in the rooms turned out to be equally valuable. In a relaxed atmosphere, away from academic duties, we could get to know each other better and strengthen bonds between members of different projects. This experience will certainly result in greater cohesion and better cooperation in the coming months.

Positive impressions of participants
All participants rated the trip very positively. The trip enriched their knowledge, provided much inspiration, and allowed for valuable insights to be brought into the discussion. Lively exchange of ideas, brainstorming, and constructive conversations — these are just some of the elements that made the time spent in Lubawka extremely fruitful.
Thanks and future plans
We thank all Solvro members for their commitment and energy. A special thanks to the hotel in Lubawka for the warm welcome and comfortable conditions that allowed us to focus on the most important tasks.
