Eventownik - let's create an event together!
Participation in events fosters relationship building, knowledge expansion, and development in the right circle of people—especially in the academic environment. However, organizing them can be quite a challenge. Eventownik supports the various stages of preparation so that organizers can focus on the more interesting aspects of events and spend less time on tedious logistical issues.
About the Project
Organizing events—from rallies, cruises, and outdoor games to conferences and banquets—can often pose challenges even for the most experienced individuals. Each stage requires attention: from collecting participant registrations, signing up for spots, sending personalized emails, to promoting the event itself. Eventownik combines all these elements and much more—in one place, making organization simpler, faster, and more effective.
Functionalities
Organizers can easily create an event – including personalizing its details, setting participant attributes, and adding co-organizers. They can also start registration through a signup form, upon completion of which the user becomes a full-fledged participant. Eventownik enables sending personalized emails to multiple recipients and managing registrations for spots with automatic availability updates, such as cabins at a rally or seats on a bus.
