Eventownik - let's create an event together!
Events are the daily bread of most student organizations. Eventownik supports individual elements during event organization, making it pleasant and efficient. It allows organizers to spend more time creating interesting events and less on tedious logistical necessities.
About the Project
Events are the foundation of every student's social life. From popular hikes and festive balls to niche conferences and field games. Behind each of these events is a dedicated team of organizers fine-tuning every aspect of the event. Eventownik supports these individual aspects, enabling a more enjoyable and efficient organization of events.
Signing up for places
Currently, its main functionality is handling sign-ups for all kinds of events. The organizer can easily create an event, set basic information, and then configure the seating layout. These can be table seats, bus seats, or group spots for a field game. Additionally, we allow for multi-level configuration, so in the case of, for example, hikes, we can define the building, then the floor, and finally the room. A participant signing up for the event will have a clear option to choose where they want to sleep.
Team
The project team consists of some experienced members of KN Solvro, who through working together on the project, pass on knowledge and skills to the other members in the new spring recruitment of 2024.
