About the Project
Lokalniej is a project created in collaboration with the Dolnośląski Workshop Foundation, and the inspiration for its creators was the Touch-Free Food Fair. For artisans who put their heart into their products, our application becomes a tool to share their passion with a wide audience. The web application will enable easy data entry and management (including information about organic food, fresh fruits straight from the orchard 🍏, or free-range eggs 🥚). With easy access to information, an interactive map of producers, and the ability to compare offers, our mobile app will help customers discover and support the heart of local production. Sometimes it's worth looking around to find everything we need!
Team
Many members of the club have already engaged in the Localniej project, all connected by a common passion for sharing knowledge and expanding skills. Backend developers are responsible for the server-side development of the application, while frontend developers focus on creating an intuitive user interface. Our team also includes a DevOps specialist who oversees the entire project infrastructure. The mobile version of the app for local product enthusiasts is thanks to the mobile developers. The Project Manager ensures effective communication between these various specialists. During weekly meetings, we share ideas, discuss progress, and plan next steps, and the friendly atmosphere within the team, facilitated by numerous integrations, contributes to the continuous development of the application.
